ahhhhhhhhhhhh... truthfully i was getting sick of having my bangs in my face all the time. and south pacific is coming up, so i had to un-hippify myself. i kinda miss the pony tail though. maybe someday....

a little while ago, curt and i were at target and we saw this talking caterpillar thing called an "alphabet pal"

so you push the letters on his legs and he either says the color, the letter, or (cool part for you cog sci kiddies) the sound that the letter makes. ex. "B" makes the sound "buh". but get this. you press "F" and it goes "fff". follow with "U" and it goes "uh". follow that with "C" or "K" and it goes "hee hee hee! that tickles!" this caterpillar will not curse. interesting, since it's designed for ages 1-3. then again, it does prevent 20 and 21 year-olds from making it curse.

went to see matchbox twenty and sugar ray at the mci center last night. that was fun. all sugar ray's songs are exactly the same. you can probably lay them all over one another. mb20 has a nice variety of rockin/ballad songs. even though sarah enjoyed the concert a hundred times more than i did, i had a pretty good time. then we drove back to baltimore and went to the "world known" sip-and-bite, which, if you don't know, is all the away across baltimore from where you come in from dc. got lost a couple times in some mildly ghetto parts of the city, but whatever.

a little disappointed about grades, but won't go into it.

south pacific rehearsal is off and running. dave macleod is my alternate for lt. cable so that's fun. also, some of the nurse girls are pretty hot. i'm playing billis the first weekend because our normal billis is in ireland. fun.

i'm off to PA for this weekend for memorial day festivities, and just to see my parents. i've been home for under 48 hours since christmas, so i guess it will be ok. little dunkin donuts here, little yuengling there. too bad matt is in pittsburgh this weekend. but barrett returns tomorrow night. oh yes. barrett. awesome.
