wbal 11 snow patrol is here when severe weather strikes.

this is the view out pete's window (photo cred: pete) yesterday. baltimore got approximately 7 inches of snow. pretty impressive for a pseudo-southern state. thing is, people freaked out!

yesterday the johns hopkins university was closed. whoa.

i think that's our first snow day since like 1997, although i don't have a very good source on that. feel free to contradict me, oldies.

so yesterday, in the true spirit of a snow day, i did absolutely nothing. well, i wouldn't say nothing, i did bake cookies, and make a popcorn chain.

our tree. yay.

the semester is drawing to a close, but yon snow day was not good for my work ethic. left on the list (for i have no desire to put the trite "countdown" in my aim profile):

tonight is the last rehearsal for babes. it's going to be interesting. then tomorrow i have 2 shows (!), and one on sunday. gad.
